High School Football: South Jersey Has 13 Sign Letters For Colleges To Play Football Wednesday, February 7, 2001 By Boog Williams SJSports Staff Writer Some of the fastest and most talented players in the South Jersey region signed letters of commitment to play football all around the USA. Edgewood had two players sign, Dennis Davis (Georgia Tech) and Aaron Johnson (Central Michigan). Dennis was to visit Wisconsin, Michigan State, Georgia Tech, then Penn State. He traveled to Wisconsin and Michigan State, then Georgia Tech in Atlanta. The warm weather is what he was looking for and he never made it to Penn State. Aaron visited Rhode Island, Rutgers and Delaware. He will make his official visit to Central Michigan this weekend. Both players were glad that this was over. Click Here To Continue
