By Boog Williams With the start of another Little League season, Berlin Township honors Frank Buchanan and Frank Adair for their years of service. Frank Buchanan has been helping the players of Berlin Township for the past 30 years. The president of the BTAA, Mr. Brian Dotts said, "Franks served as the BTAA's Baseball Commissioner and was our main liaison with the Little Leagues Williamsport. He has organized several coaching and umpires clinics and was the main organizer for the BTAA Baseball Program." The District 21 Little league Commissioner also honored Frank for his service to the baseball community. Here is what was put on one of the plaque: FRANK BUCHANAN
