The Surf finished up their nine-game road trip with a 12-6 loss to the Nashua Pride last night. Clint Chrysler got the win for the Pride and raised his record 3-0. Rodney Dickinson took the loss and evened his record at 2-2. Ozzie Timmons did hit his eighth home run of the year.
The Surf return to the Sandcastle tomorrow night to begin a stretch of nine home games in ten days. Tomorrow night the Surf will open that home stretch with the first of three against the Newark Bears. It''s a fireworks works night at the Sandcastle, so come out and join us for all of the fun. On Saturday night, Pepsi is sponsoring the first of three nesting doll nights. The first 1000 kids(ages 3-12) will receive a Jeff Ball nesting doll and on Sunday our good friends at NIA Group Associates are sponsoring a great Father''s Day giveaway. The first 1000 men(ages 18 and over) will receive a Father''s Day BBQ Apron. The first pitch on Sunday is 1:35. So, come out and enjoy some great giveaways and baseball with us at the Sandcastle.
