Maple Shade Boys and Pemberton Girls Win BCSL Championships

Maple Shade sophomore Fred Haug bowled the high game of 258 to lead his team to the championship at the Burlington County Scholastic League Tournament, held at the Maple Bowl in Pennsauken. Pemberton was second with 2753 and Northern Burlington third with 2736. Josh Bell of Moorestown bowled the high series with a score of 687.

Pemberton's girls out bowled last year's champion Northern Burlington 2483 to 2413 to win their half of the tournament. Rancocas Valley came in third with 2257. Pemberton was led by senior DeeAnna Toth who bowled the high series (559). Kristi Hamm of Bordentown bowled the high game (209).
