Katie Jones is a resident of Westmont, New Jersey and will be a sophomore at Paul VI High School. She has been getting herself in shape for the upcoming girl's basketball season by participating in the Team Conditioning Systems (TCS) program this summer. TCS was founded by physical fitness trainer Gregory "Graig" White. Jones has been playing basketball for 5 years and hopes to attend either University of Connecticut or the University of North Carolina.

This 5'5" guard, who really wants to succeed in high school, has been most influenced by her basketball coach Tony LaRocca. "He has taught me the game, supported me and inspired me to become the player we knew I could become," Jones mentioned. "Graig White has given me what I needed to improve: confidence and strength."

Jones does find time to unwind from all the training by hanging out with her friends, going to the beach and playing other sports. Her favorite player is Cynthia Cooper (from the WNBA), Michael Jordan the best basketball player and Pearl Jam and Reel Big Fish her favorite musical artists. But she really hopes to go sky diving and travel thoughout Europe.
