On a perfectly gorgeous day the Lady Cougars (8-0-1) defeated the Winslow team by a 6-1 margin. Dana DiBruno and Amanda Kravitz each scored two goals, and Daniel DiBruno scored a goal and two assists. Shana Herman rounded out the scoring for Cherry Hill while Maureen Gantt scored Winslow's lone goal.

The game had a particularly late start as the officials objected to the color of the tape (white) on the Cougars socks (also white). The game started out fairly even with Winslow holding a small territorial edge. But Katie Doyle who plays to twice her diminutive size found Daniel DiBruno to open the scoring (1-0). Less than two minutes later, Daniel DiBruno found Shana Herman who slipped the ball passed Winslow keeper Jonna Geregitan (2-0).

Winslow tightened up after the second goal. With ten minutes into the second half, Winslow's Maureen Gantt found a rebound that Cherry Hill keeper Emily Brenner couldn't contain. (2-1) The game became very close until Cherry Hill broke the tension with two goals in four minutes as Dana DiBruno helped by sister Daniel made it (3-1) then Dana assisted Amanda Kravitz (4-1). Lauren Houck sent Dana DiBruno in for the second goal of the night and a 5-1 lead for Cherry Hill. Both teams slowed down that allowed Amanda Kravitz to get her second goal of the game from Kristine Mullen with 2:12 minutes remaining (6-1). Cherry Hill advances to 9-0-1 and Winslow drops to 4-7.
