It's never any fun losing a game to any opponent. The coaching staff as well as other players will sometime ease that bad feeling by pointing out all of the good things that happened during a game. Playing hard, playing smart and not giving up could be found on the field could be found when the Lady Vikings from Eastern hosted Kingsway. For Eastern, they had loss a close one goal game yesterday to Washington Township. Eastern would score fourteen first half goals and cruise to a 20-4 win over Kingsway in a non-league girls' lacrosse competition.

Washington Township and Eastern were leading the Olympic Conference American Division and it was a chance for both of these teams to gain an important advantage over one another. But the outcome for the Vikings left them one game behind Washington Township and would have to next month for the re-match. Kingsway, representing the Liberty Division, has had a tough time against their opponents so far this season and it would continue against Eastern. Brittany Kelly would score seven goals for the Vikings leading the team to a 14-2 lead at halftime. Eastern would pick up the victory in this game as Jessica Allen would chip in five goals. Chelsea Minix would score two goals for Kingsway.
