Edgewood Eagles Have New Look

The Edgewood Boy's Basketball team has two new coaches and a new look. The new head coach is Mr. Jeff Hanford with Assistant Brandon Burke.

The only returning starter for the Eagles is Jason Sapp. Jason, along with Roger Brown, will be the captains for the new look Eagles. Jason and Roger both played on the most improved Edgewood football team. Coach Hanford says that Roger Brown is a fabulous athlete and was named to the All-South Jersey Football Team at wide receiver. The coach also said that All-South Jersey Soccer player, Sophomore Sean Geary, is another fabulous athlete. The coach hopes to get some help from Freshman Antray Miles.

Coach Hanford believes that Highland is the team to beat in the conference this season.

The Eagles basketball team is hoping that some of the magic of the football season will run off into their season. The new look Eagles will be wearing black uniforms for the 1999-2000 season.
