Tom Lizzio scored a power play goal in overtime to give Lenape a 5-4 win over Moorestown and even the series at one win apiece. Game three will be Sunday night at the Skate Zone in Voorhees. Lenape, realizing this could be their last game, came out firing sixteen shots on freshman goalie Andrew Miller but only Eric Shiller and Steve Mac Donnell were able to put the puck by Miller. Greg Custer and Mo Houshiarnejad scored for Moorestown with all four goals coming in a span of one minute. After a scoreless second period, each team traded goals with Lenapes' Kurt Schnepf and Mike Amato finding the net. Chris Frynkewicz and Ian Kinderman tallied for Moorestown and regulation ended tied at 4-4. Lizzio wasted no time scoring right after the face-off.

Brandon Jackmuff had two goals and four assists as West Deptford defeated Washington Township 8-3 and force a third and deciding game on Friday night at Vineland Ice Arena. Township led 3-1, on two goals by Jason Pelle and one by Ryan Jagielski. However, West Deptford used goals by Jackmuff and Ray Clifford in the last minute of the period to tie the game at 3-3 and change the momentum. With new life the Eagles scored four times in the second period as Jackmuff, Clifford, Brad Miller and Rob Caucci put West Deptford up 7-3 after two periods. Caucci added the lone goal scored in the third period with Jackmuff assisting.
