Kindermann and Frynkewicz Lead Moorestown

Ian Kindermann and Chris Frynkewicz each had a hat trick and Andrew Jaffola added two goals as Moorestown rocked PaulVI 12-1in Tier 2 action played on Friday night at Hollydell. Moorestown celebrated the New Year by scoring five goals in the first and third periods and never looked back. Adam Cantiello spoiled the shut out scoring for Paul VI late in the second period.

Matt Wolfe opened the scoring for Moorestown, planting himself in front of the net, re-directed a pass from Mike Hadden to make it 1-0. Moorestown would go on to score four goals in the next seven minutes. JT Hooper, Kindermann scored two and an end-to-end rush by Frynkewicz made it 5-0 after one period. Kindermann and Frynkewicz added goals in the second period sandwiched around Cantiello's and after two Moorestown was in control at 7-1. Also scoring for Moorestown were Kevin Schaeffer and Greg Custer. With the win, Moorestown moved into at tie for first place in the American Division with Cherry Hill West.
