The Pitman High School Boys Track Team traveled to Schalick for a key Tri-County Classic Division meet. But it would be the Cougars who would run away with the victory, winning every event but two for a 95-36 score.

Ben Cole won two events for the Cougars, succeeding in the 110 high hurdles (15.2) and the 400 intermediates (59.9). Chris Alston was also a double winner, by coming away with the victory in the 100 meters (11.5) and in the 200 meters (24.1). Darryl Gause doubled up by winning the long jump (18-11 1/4) and the high jump (6-2). Matt Copare rounded out the double winners with a victory in the shot put (41-6) and the discus (136-10).

For the Panthers, it was Jon Conelley winning in the pole vault (9-6), and Mike Gallagher winning the 1600 meters (5:01).
