Washington Township Ice Hockey Club Opening Night

Opening Night for the Washington Township Ice Hockey Club will be on Friday, September 18th at the Hollydell Ice Rink in Sewell, NJ. The opening game will feature the Washington Township JVB team facing off against the Archbishop Ryan JVB club at 5:30 p.m. The second game will be the newly formed Township JV League team against the Ryan JV squad.

Township is very excited about competing in the highly competitive SJHSIHL JV league this year. This will be a challenge for our players as well as very exciting hockey for the fans. Starting time for this game will be at 7:15 p.m.

The feature Varsity game will start at 9:00 p.m. This game will see Townships revamped Varsity team go head to head with a strong Ryan varsity team. It looks like the Township Varsity team will be making another serious run for the South Jersey High School Ice Hockey League Championship again this year.

Everyone is invited to Township opening night at Hollydell. Opening ceremonies begin around 5:00 p.m. with presentation of the Spellman and other awards. Giveaways and 50/50 drawing teamed up with great hockey will fill Friday, September 18th with expectations for another great season. See you at the Rink.
