Mike Gagliano broke a 2-2 tie with his third goal ten seconds into the third period as Father Judge defeated Washington Township 4-3 at Hollydell. Despite having only one win since moving up to the AAA league, Township has been in all but one game and seem to be playing a more disciplined game. Township took the lead as Stephen Amato converted a pass from Chris Keyser and his power play goal made it 1-0. Gagliano stole a clearing pass with just over three minutes remaining in the period and his quick shot beat Dan Straga to tie the game at 1-1.

Township again converted on the power play as Mark Capone scored in his first game back to give Township a 2-1 lead early in the second period. But Father Judge scored a power play goal of their own as Gagliano tied the score at 2-2 late in the second period. Gagliano would score right after the face-off to begin the third period as he broke down the slot and beat Straga to give Judge the lead for good. Judge made it 4-2 as Chris Donahue blasted one from the top of the left circle. Dom Fiandra scored the last Township goal as he threw the puck on net from the left corner and had it deflect off a Judge defenseman to give Township life at 4-3 with two minutes left. Despite pulling the goalie, they were unable to generate another scoring attempt.
