Chris Keyser scored the only three goals of the game and Derek Anderson stopped all sixteen shots as Washington Township defeated West Deptford 3-0 in high school ice hockey league play at Hollydell. Keyser scored a goal in each of the periods as Township never really was able to control the game, thanks to the efforts of Jacob DeHart in nets for West Deptford. DeHart faced 38 shots and only allowed the three goals.

Township scored in the games first twenty seconds as Keyser was sent in by David Henninger and his shot went under the cross-bar for a quick 1-0 lead. West Deptford could only muster 4 shots in the opening period and Township led 1-0 heading into the second period. Keyser made it 2-0 on a nice feed from Fred Brewer with just less than five minutes remaining in the period, but West Deptford still had not tested Anderson managing only 3 shots in the period. With the game still in doubt, Anderson made several key stops in the third including two on Joe Cavacchia and one from point blank range by Cory Jackmuff. Marco Jordan sent Keyser in with just over three minutes remaining for his third goal and Township remained undefeated.
