Freshman pitcher Liz Carter has helped Woodbury's softball team begin the season win their first three games of the season and she has done so not just with her pitching. Before today's game against Gateway, the freshman hurler picked up the win as the starting pitcher and recorded a home run in each of those games. Against the Gators, Carter would not record her third home run of the season, but she would be on the winning side of a 14-0 victory. Woodbury has improved to 3-0 on the season.
