| Event Spotlight: Jersey Moto-X Rider Ronnie Faisst Shows-Off at First Union Center During Tony Hawk's Boom Boom HuckJam Area Tour November 11 Monday, October 28, 2002 By Eric Nemeth Ronnie Faisst, who learned to master a dirt bike while growing up less than an hour from Philadelphia in Somers Point, NJ, will rock the First Union Center during Tony Hawk Boom Boom HuckJam Arena Tour 2002 on Monday, November 11 at 7:30 p.m. Faisst will display his superior motocross skills with legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk, BMX-masters Mat Hoffman and Dave Mirra, and other top motocross riders Clifford Adoptante and Mike Cinqmars, in a night of pyrotechnics, alternative action sports, and punk rock music performed by Social Distortion. Since the age of five, Faisst has been riding dirt bikes and training in the martial arts. His brown belt in Gojuryu and continuous practice in karate, kickboxing, wrestling, and grappling has led to his nickname of "Kung Fu Faisst." His participation in the martial arts teaches lessons that have made him one of the world's best in motocross, including proper breathing techniques, reacting without hesitation, remaining focused, and controlling energy while staying positive. Tony Hawk created the amazing tour to allow all fans to witness a unique production of the best athletes in BMX, motocross, and skateboarding with explosive high-flying action, heart pounding music and pyrotechnic displays.
