Who told Woodbury they were supposed to lose Saturday morning's game on their own field? The Herd were hosting the highly favored Garnets of Haddon Heights in search of their first win of the season. Haddon Heights were starting their season off with three straight wins and potential securing a playoff position with a win on the road. Woodbury was the team looking like they ready for the post season as they shutout Haddon Height 14-0 in a Colonial Conference game.

Six Games Played At Berlin Township's Edgewood Avenue Complex

The day started with the PeeWee teams in the morning and didn't end until the U-11 girls team stopping in the late afternoon. The PeeWee (5-7 year olds) teams are broken down into two divisions. The "veteran" players, who have played before, make up four teams and the new "rookie" players made up an additional two teams. The PeeWee's had their first official scrimmage games, two for the older players and one for the newcomers.

Tarkill Berlin Township Play To A Tie

On the first cloudy, chilly, windy day of the season, the Tarkill Lady Knights and the Berlin Township Hurricanes played to a 2-2 tie. In the first half, the Hurricanes played against the wind. They scored on a shot from the right side of the box by B. Gadzia. B. Gadzia received a ball thrown in from M. Williams down the right side of the field. The half ended 1-0 Berlin Township.

Life Center's Mike Lasme Nets Hat Trick Over Florence

By now, most of the soccer world should have heard about a small high school in Burlington County getting their school recognized. Life Center Academy High School has started their boy's soccer season with seven wins and no loses. But more impressively, they have won 35 straight games without a loss. On this day, the Warriors added one more win to their winning streak as Mike Lasme accounted for all the goals scored in this game. Life Center Academy won by the score of 3-0 against the visiting Florence Flashes.
