As an athlete, if you ever feel the need to get in touch with the mental side of your ability, this book will help. It is written in a style that is easy to read and to understand. It's a book written for athletes and the people who work with them. It doesn't have a lot of jargon and more importantly, it gets right down to business with techniques that are proven to be effective when put into practice.

12 chapters, 253 pages that is all that stands between you and peak performance. Parts 2 and 3 are sections that really speak to athletes from all walks of life, and while reading I found that it was difficult to put this one down. I can't wait to try the techniquest talked about in this book.
