Let me start off by saying I am a big fan of Terry Orlick. This guy writes about concepts that challenge me to get my head around. He is writing for everyone who wants to get ahead in life, his writing is both inspirational and practical with examples that can help you the reader make meaningful, lasting changes to boost their performances in all aspects of their lives.

This publication contains 14 chapters and I could believe I was finished when I did it was a really great read and it left me feeling prepared and ready to face the challenges that can pop up when you least expect them. This is the kind of book that I would want all of my athletes to read and would hope that our opponents didn't. This is a publication that I would read again and again just so that I could maintain the edge that I get from it. If this book is not in your library it would be in your best interest to go out and get it.
