White Joins Forces with the Coliseum Sports Arena

Graig White, a leader in innovative performance enhancement training techniques has joined forces with the Coliseum Sports Arena. The President and founder of Team Conditioning Systems will be providing instruction on strength and speed training protocols to competitive athletes that train at the facility. “This will be an added dimension to the programs that we currently offer to athletes who want to make the most of their abilities,” says Don Davis, program director for the Coliseum Sports Arena. “It’s important for us to offer our athletes the highest quality instruction we can, adding Graig to the mix with the people we have on board already makes us one of the best facilities in the region.”
“Don has given me an opportunity to do what I do best, that is working with athletes who care about their performance and finding out how far we can go, keeping the big picture in mind first and foremost keeping our athletes injury free is our first priority,” mentioned Coach White. Prior to joining the Coliseum Sports Arena, Graig has worked as an assistant strength and conditioning coach with the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association, he has also worked to sharpen the skills of athletes who have since gone on to compete for teams such as the Atlanta Falcons, San Diego Chargers, San Antonio Spurs and numerous colleges and high schools.
Graig, a native of Camden NJ is the Director of Performance Enhancement at Rutgers University at Camden. His focus is on developing training protocols that will assist athletes improve their level of play. Has also been named by South Jersey Magazine, as one of the 22 People in South Jersey to look out for in 2002. “This is quite an honor. It is an honor that I share with everyone who has worked to help me get to where I am.”
