The Raptor Strength and Conditioning coaches are well sought after sources of knowledge for athletes and coaches who are working to get more out of their performance. With training protocols based on science and experiences, Gregory “Graig” White and his staff has generated results that to only people who really don’t know them would be called amazing, once you get to know these guys you know that what they do is all in a days work. The Raptor Strength and Conditioning Camp is geared to assisting athletes in getting the most from their abilities, by improving performance, decreasing the risk of injury and imparting knowledge on what it takes to get and stay at the next level.

“All of our protocols are exact and really challenging”, says Camp Director Graig White, “when implemented correctly they will prove to be very rewarding. Every protocol places a premium on education, learning the psychology of why we are doing everything that we are doing and it’s benefit. So that when an athlete leaves our training facility they will know exactly what it is they need to do to get where they want to be.”

The strength training facility at Rutgers University at Camden offers the resources you will need to improve key components to your athletic activity, designed for athletes; by athletes it will provide an environment that is conducive to performance enhancement, an environment that is positive, safe and most of all fun.

Registration is on-going, we ask that each athlete makes a four week commitment to the camp you will have two sessions a week and the monetary commitment will be $160.00. Sessions will not exceed 10 campers so call and reserve your space now.

Does your coach express to you that you need to be more explosive, faster, stronger, or just plain more athletic? This camp is for you! Speed and Agility are skills that can be learned, each session will focus on drills that will enhance your first –step quickness, linear acceleration and deceleration, vertical jumping, and landing, just to name a few. The Raptor Strength and Conditioning camp will show you how to create and exert power and strength on many different planes, and body angles, so that you will never have to worry about being overpowered again!

Strength training sessions will be twice weekly; we will start by learning proper techniques and then move to more specific strength training moves that have been utilized for numbers of years by athletes all over the world.

Are you working to get into better shape for the coming season? Or are you looking to shed a few pounds? Come learn why long distance running may be getting in the way of you performing your best. Each session will include a workout at an intensity that few people only dream of. We will take you through our progressions, at which you can go through at your own pace, in a scientific way aimed at getting you to be the best you can be. “We have gone and learned from the people who write the books your coaches tell you about, coaches who earn $1,500.00 an athlete per week. We know that there are lots of people who want and need the information who can’t afford that,” says Coach White “Training with us, I guarantee that you will get same quality of instruction that they get, but at a fraction of the cost.”
