White Joins Forces With South Jersey Tennis Center

Graig White, a leader in the athletic performance enhancement field has joined forces with the South Jersey Tennis Center in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The President and founder of Team Conditioning Systems will be providing instruction on strength and speed training protocols to competitive athletes looking to take their games to the next level. "Having Graig around adds another dimension to our programs that we offer to athletes who are working to make the most of their athletic abilities." Says Mike Perrone, Managing Director of The South Jersey Tennis Center. It is important for us to offer our athletes the highest quality instruction we can, adding Graig to the mix with the people we have on board already makes us one of the best facilities in the area. The South Jersey Tennis Center is located at 14 Federal Street, Mt. Laurel, NJ.

"Working with Mike again is like a dream come true again, Mike is the kind of guy who made me prove my value to him. Once I did, I knew that I would never have to do it again. Mike does not micro-manage, he is giving me the opportunity to do what it is I do best and that's make athletes more efficient and effective." Prior to joining the South Jersey Tennis Center Graig has worked as an assistant Strength and conditioning coach with the Philadelphia 76ers, he has also worked to sharpen the skills of athletes who have gone on to compete for teams such as the Atlanta Falcons, San Diego Chargers, The NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs and numerous colleges and high schools.

Graig is a native of Camden NJ and is Director of Performance Enhancement at Rutgers University at Camden. His Focus is on developing training protocols that will assist athletes in improving their level of play. He has also been named by Reebok as "A person who makes a difference" and South Jersey Magazine as "one of the 22 people in South Jersey to look out for in 2002".
