Training With Graig White

To start off, I never thought I could do some of the things that I am doing now. Graig has made me believe that if there is something you want do or be, you have to be able to put your all into it. Make no excuses. Just go out there and give it all you got. Once you reached your goal, you definitely have something proud of. And that's finding you. Knowing that you reached this goal all by yourself. With hard work and with plenty of support, then you are ready for whatever comes your way.

When I started this training program with Graig, I thought I could never lift weights or even get into squatting 200-285 pounds, 10 times. I mean come on, only guys are allowed to lift weights especially with that much weight. But I seemed to prove to some people and especially women that if I can do it, so can any other female. And boy did I start something big. I mean at first when I started I, myself, said that's too heavy for me to squat. But even I impressed myself. Graig was even in shock, but I believe he was more excited than me that I had squatted that much seemed to amaze him more than I could possibly know. That was when I started to believe in myself. Thanks to Graig, I look at things more differently now.

At first I started out training with him because I wanted to get into shape. I think Graig and me were in for a big surprise. My life has totally changed and I mean that in a good way. My workouts with Graig are fun but grueling. Don't get me wrong, he is a good guy but when he means business he means business. The fun stops there, it is time to work. He puts a hurting on some times. In the end it's worth it. Why? Because I have faith in him. He has brought me this far. That there is no way that I am turning back. I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym. I'm not saying that I am in the gym day and night. I'm only in there 45 minutes and I am out.

Through the last 2 months of training I have seen my body change. I see my arms and legs are getting a nice form. And so is everything else in due time. By this time next year I'll be in excellent shape.

Graig has taught me a lot in the weight room. Never say never until you try it. I have come a long way of getting here than where I was 4 months ago. I still have many more to come. But I am sure of myself that I will succeed in everything I do. I guess you can say Graig is an angel in every way possible, and I thank God for bringing him to me. He is truly a blessing.
