Two guys who are well known and repected in the industry have gotten together and written a book on core training and have come up with a winner. The book is well layed-out and informative, it is a book that is written for someone who may not have a lot of expericence with core training, but by doing these moves they will reap benefits in a matter of weeks. We use a lot of the movements pictured in the book with our athletes and have had success.

The book consists of 11 chapters that are broken down into 3 parts that take the reader through the journey of core strenght enhancement with a thoroughness that holds the interest without becoming dull. This book will not be for everyone but if given a chance anyone who decides to read and use the information will benefit from it.
