Allow me to introduce a new feature, thanks to the good people at Human Kinetics, we will be passing information on resources that will be a help to people in the coaching profession.

Our first resource is a book and video tape which can be bought seperately. The name of the book/ tape is called "Training for Speed, Agility, and Quickness" What a book! This is one of the greatest books I have read on this subject in quite some time. It is informative and on top of everything else very easy to read. This book was written with coaches and athletes in mind.

The book provides descriptions and diagrams that areeasily understood, to help perform the over 200 possible drills. the book was edited by Lee Brown, Vance Ferrigno and Juan carlos Santana, experts in their field. The drills are designed to compliment movement patterns in baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, football, tennis and rugby just to name a few.

The information covered in this book is a big part of my athletes lives, it has helped me make average athletes great, and it can do the same for you.

If you are interested in obtaining these materials you can visit the Human Kinetics website at http://www.humankinetics.com/products/books/.

You'll be glad you did.
