Nancy Clark's Sports Nutrition Guidebook 3rd Edition has truly hit a homerun. This book is full of useful information and the beautiful part about it is that it's very concise. Clark, who is a registered dietitian specializing in nutrition for sports and exercise, weight management, wellness and the nutritional management of eating disorders has counseled people from all walks of life.

Nancy's latest effort combines solid nutritional guidance with smart food choices to manage stress, lose body fat, build muscle, and boost energy. Written with the active reader in mind Nancy works to guide you through the minefield that is nutrition, she includes realistic sample meal plans and suggestions for eating on the go. This new edition includes updated nutrition facts, expanded weight management advice; custom eating plans 75 recipes and information on supplement options.

19 chapters of information that when used properly can assist an average athlete into one that will be able to raise their ability to compete. I suggest that anyone who has issues about nutrition make this book a big part of their library.
