Match Report - Albany @ Ocean City Sunday, June 26, 2005 By Paul O'Donnell Ocean City maintained their unblemished record at home with a 3-1 win over the visiting Albany Admirals tonight. The Barons entered this match looking to avenge their only loss on the season to even the season series with the Admirals and remain in a tie at the top of the division (Cape Cod won last night over the Reading Rage 1-0). Ocean City set the tone early beginning with an urgency on the attack and it wasn't long before that up tempo paid dividends. Byron Carmichael drilled home the opener in the 10th minute off a fine feed from Adam Sternberger. The goal was Carmichael's 6th on the season in league play. |
